Early Childhood Educator (Playgroup) vacancies for August 2019

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, qualified, fluent English speaking Early Childhood Educators who are committed to working in a dynamic environment. Candidates will hold appropriate qualifications eg. Bachelor in Education or Post Graduate Diploma in Education or Post Graduate Certificate in Education, in order to be registered as a teacher in Hong Kong. Five teaching day per week on Monday to Saturday.
Successful applicants will be employed on an initial two-year contract and the excellent employment package will include:

Administrative Assistant - Playgroup


Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the Campus Head and teachers
-Assist the Campus Head in daily Playpark operations, including but not limited to memo/notice preparation, data entry, student registration, lesson booking and scheduling, teaching materials preparation, mailing, banking and actively involved in school activities
-Guests greeting, handle walk-in, telephone and/or e-mail enquiries from current and potential parents, and the related follow-ups
-Provide consultation advice and course information to parents
-Relationship building with current and potential parents
-Perform other ad hoc administrative and reception duties as assigned by the Campus Head
 
Requirements:
-Tertiary educated or above with experience in learning centers, playgroups and/or kindergartens preferred, but not essential
-Love kids; enjoy working and interacting with kids
-Proactive and cheerful team-player with positive attitude
-Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are a must
-Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) as well as English and Chinese typing are essential
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Meticulous, well-organized with sound problem-solving skills
-Willing to work any 5 days between Monday and Saturday, as well as on school event days

Requirements:
Native English speaker
Valid HKID holder / have a valid work visa in Hong Kong
Possess relevant undergraduate degree and with recognized teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education) or (A Bachelor Degree plus PGCE / PGDE qualification or equivalent)
