At VEO, we strive to develop innovative learning and teaching environments that enrich teachers professionally and help children reach their full potential. To achieve this, we decisively set up our Curriculum Development Team (CDT), making VEO one of the few nurseries and kindergartens in Hong Kong that possess a special arm designated for curriculum development.

Since its establishment, our CDT has worked closely with various stakeholders, not only to develop a curriculum framework that enables our learners to be internationally minded, knowledgeable, and socially responsible, but also to create and publish organisation-wide curriculum materials. It also focuses on staff professional development and provides continued support to our teachers, parents, and the senior management. With the CDT’s efforts, VEO has pioneered many unique modes of learning and teaching, thereby allowing us to gain a foothold in Hong Kong’s early childhood education.
